These terms apply to the mobile game Sevens Rush Rugby ("the game"), developed by Infinity Gaming and published by Iconix Solutions, Waterford, Ireland. By playing you agree to them.
1. Using the game
The game is for personal entertainment. Follow applicable laws and do not interfere with the game or its services, exploit bugs, cheat with automated tools or modified apps, or access someone else’s account. The game is not directed at children under 13.
2. Accounts and progress
The game creates a guest account automatically, and you can link it to Google to keep your progress across devices. Progress is saved as described in the privacy policy. If you sign out of a guest account that is not linked to Google, its progress is deleted. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Advertising
The game is free and includes a banner on menu screens, full-screen ads at natural breaks (after match results and every third kicking level), an ad when you return after four or more hours, and optional ads you can choose to watch for rewards. No ads are shown during a match, a kick or the tutorial.
4. In-app purchases
Optional one-time purchases are sold through Google Play at the local price shown in Google Play. There are no subscriptions.
- Remove Ads (€3.99): permanently removes banner, full-screen and return-to-game ads; optional reward ads stay available.
- Starter Pack (€1.99): once per account. An Epic player card, 300 gems and the Sunset kit.
- Gem Pouch, Gem Bag and Gem Chest (€0.99, €4.99, €9.99): 80, 480 and 1,100 gems.
- Season Pass (€4.99): bonus rewards on every win in the seasonal event that is live when you buy it, for that event only; it does not renew.
Items are delivered as soon as Google Play confirms the payment. Remove Ads can be restored with Settings → Privacy → Restore purchases on the same Google Play account. Billing and refunds follow Google Play’s policies and your statutory rights.
5. Virtual items
Coins, gems, player cards and cosmetics are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires. The game does not sell random items for real money. We may rebalance matches, rewards, prices in gems and player stats to keep the game fair; cosmetics never change player stats.
6. Fictional content
Players, clubs and invitational teams in the game are fictional. National teams appear by country name and plain colours only. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to World Rugby, any national union, club, league or competition.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its levels, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable permission to play; no ownership transfers to you.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features. Cloud save and account linking need an internet connection and can be briefly unavailable during maintenance. Your progress is always saved on your device first.
9. Data and deletion
Our privacy policy explains how data is handled. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account or via the account deletion page.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
11. Changes and contact
