OPTION 01 / IN THE GAME

Delete in Settings.

  1. Open Sevens Rush Rugby.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your game account (guest or Google-linked), your cloud progress and the progress on this device straight away.

OPTION 02 / EMAIL REQUEST

Request deletion.

Email us and include the game name "Sevens Rush Rugby". If you linked Google, write from that Google account’s address; if you play as a guest, include the player ID shown under your name on the Profile screen. Tell us you want your account and associated data deleted. We may need to verify ownership before processing your request. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Send a request here.

The Google account email linked to your game account. For a guest account, the email where we should confirm the deletion.
Shown in the game’s settings or profile screen. Leave empty if you signed in with Google.

We use these details only to find and delete your account and to confirm by email. The request is kept for 12 months after it is closed, as a record that your data was deleted.
