This policy explains how the mobile game Sevens Rush Rugby ("the game") handles your information. The game is developed by Infinity Gaming and published by Iconix Solutions, Waterford, Ireland ("we", "us"). Contact: i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
1. Playing as a guest
You can play without giving us your name or email. When you first open the game it creates a guest account with Google Firebase Authentication. This is an anonymous account identified only by a random user ID. Your progress is saved on your device and, under that random ID, in Google Cloud Firestore, so it is not lost if the app's data is cleared while your account still exists. A guest account contains no name, email address or photo.
2. Signing in with Google (optional)
If you choose "Continue with Google", your Google account is linked to your game account through Google Firebase Authentication, and your progress stays exactly as it was. Firebase Authentication receives your Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo link. Your game save stores only your first name, as your display name in the game. We never receive your Google password. Linking lets you restore your progress on another device. If your Google account already has a Sevens Rush Rugby save from another device, the game asks whether to load that save or keep this device's save.
3. What your game save contains
Career stars and progress, Kicking Challenge stars and streaks, Daily Drill and Weekend Cup progress, seasonal event progress, your squad (players, levels and cards), coins and gems, cosmetics you own and use, your chosen nation, settings, match statistics, your consent choice, ad frequency counters, and which purchases are active (for example Remove Ads). The save also contains your user ID, display name, account type (guest or Google) and the dates you created your account and last played. Only you can access your saved progress.
4. Advertising
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob:
- a banner at the bottom of menu screens;
- a full-screen ad that may appear after a match results screen and after every third Kicking Challenge level;
- an ad when you return to the game after four or more hours away;
- optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward, such as double match coins, a free Scout Pack, extra injury time, a kicking retry that keeps your streak, or a doubled daily bonus.
Ads are never shown during a match, a kick or the tutorial, and no full-screen ad is shown in your first session. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and how you interact with ads, to show, measure and (with your consent) personalise ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. If you are in a US state with a privacy law, you can opt out of personalised ads (see section 13). You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Privacy > Privacy options. If you do not consent or choose to opt out, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. More information: Google’s partner-site privacy information
5. In-app purchases
The game offers optional one-time purchases through Google Play. The game has no subscriptions.
- Remove Ads: permanently removes the banner, full-screen and return-to-game ads; optional reward ads stay available.
- Starter Pack: once per account. An Epic player card, gems and a kit.
- Gem Pouch, Gem Bag and Gem Chest: gems.
- Season Pass: bonus rewards for the current seasonal event; it does not renew.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The game uses the Unity In-App Purchasing library from Unity Technologies to talk to Google Play on your device. We do not receive your card or payment details. We only receive which product you bought and the order confirmation, so the game can give you the item and restore Remove Ads if you reinstall (Settings > Privacy > Restore purchases).
6. Coins, gems and other in-game items
Coins are earned by playing. Gems can be earned by playing or bought (section 5). Coins, gems, player cards and cosmetics have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred. The game does not sell random items for real money: the only random card pack is the free Scout Pack, available by watching an optional ad.
7. Weekend Cup standings
The Weekend Cup shows your points against computer-generated rivals. Your results stay in your own save and are not published or shared with other players.
8. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out at any time (section 13). We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools beyond the Google services described above. The game does not send notifications and does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
9. Summary of data
- Random user ID (guest account): to create your game account and cloud save. Processed by Google Firebase. Always.
- Google account ID, name, email, profile photo link: for optional Google sign-in. Processed by Google Firebase. Only if you link Google.
- Game progress and settings (section 3): to save and restore your progress. Stored on your device and in Google Cloud Firestore.
- Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions: to show and measure ads. Processed by Google AdMob.
- Purchase records (product and order confirmation): to deliver and restore purchases. Processed by Google Play and Unity In-App Purchasing. Only if you buy something.
10. Legal bases (EEA and UK) and retention
We process account, progress and purchase data to provide the game and the features you asked for (performance of a contract). We use personalised advertising on the basis of your consent. We use non-personalised advertising, security, cheat prevention and fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interests. Account data and cloud progress are kept until you delete your account. Progress on your device stays until you uninstall the game, clear its data, sign out as a guest or delete your account. Google's retention of advertising data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
Where your data is stored: your cloud progress is stored by Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (multi-region "eur3": Belgium and the Netherlands). Firebase Authentication is a global Google service and may process data in the United States and other countries. The game is available worldwide; if you play from outside the EU (for example in the United States), your data is transferred to the EU and to Google's servers to provide the game. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Google LLC is certified).
11. Deleting your account and data
In the game, open Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your game account (guest or Google-linked), your cloud progress and the progress on your device. You can also request deletion at https://infinitygaming.online/games/sevens-rush-rugby/delete-account or by emailing i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. Purchases belong to your Google Play account: deleting your game account does not refund them. Remove Ads can be restored on a new account with Restore purchases, while gems and other consumed items are lost.
12. Your rights (EEA and UK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
