These terms apply to the mobile game Pittu Garam: Seven Stones ("the game"), developed by Infinity Gaming and published by Iconix Solutions, Waterford, Ireland. By playing you agree to them.
1. Using the game
- The game is for personal entertainment.
- Follow applicable laws.
- Do not interfere with the game or its services, exploit bugs, cheat with automated tools, or access someone else’s account.
- Google sign-in is available to players aged 13 and over; younger players play as guests.
- Purchases made by mistake or by a child should be reported to Google Play for a refund.
2. Accounts and progress
You can play as a guest or, if you are 13 or older, sign in with Google.
- Guest progress is stored only on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Signed-in progress is stored in the cloud as described in the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Advertising and purchases
The game is free and includes ads. Optional purchases through Google Play:
- No Ads Pass: a subscription that removes the banner and the ads between levels for as long as it is active. Optional reward ads remain available.
- It costs €1.30 a month, or the local price shown in Google Play.
- It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. The pass then stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Starter Pack and Mela Night Bundle: one-time purchases.
- Coin packs and gem packs: delivered immediately and used up in play.
Prices are shown in Google Play before you pay and may include VAT. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies and your statutory rights.
4. Virtual items
- Coins, gems, kits, balls, stone sets, upgrades, stars and levels are licensed to you for use in the game only.
- They have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- We may rebalance the game (for example level rewards or prices in coins) to keep it fair.
- We will not remove purchased items you have not used, except as required by law or in cases of fraud.
5. Daily Challenge and rewards
Daily challenges and daily rewards change every day. Reward ads are optional and give the reward shown on the button only after the ad has finished.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its levels, characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable permission to play; no ownership transfers to you.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features. Availability can depend on your country, your device, network access and maintenance. The game, some purchases or some features may not be offered in every country.
8. Data and deletion
Our privacy policy explains how data is handled, including where it is stored: cloud saves are kept in the European Union and sign-in runs in the United States. You can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete account or via the account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel a No Ads Pass subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
9. Statutory rights and governing law
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country or of Ireland.
- If you are in the EU, you can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution information at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
