This policy explains how the mobile game Pittu Garam: Seven Stones ("the game") handles your information. The game is developed by Infinity Gaming and published by Iconix Solutions, Waterford, Ireland ("we", "us"). Contact: i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
The game is available worldwide. This policy applies wherever you live; sections 13 to 15 describe additional rights in particular regions.
1. Playing as a guest
You can play without an account. As a guest, your progress stays only on your device and we do not receive it. This includes:
- levels, stars, coins and gems;
- your captain level, team upgrades, kits, balls and stone sets;
- daily streak and Daily Challenge results;
- settings.
2. Signing in with Google (optional, 13 and over)
If you are 13 or older and choose "Continue with Google", we use Google Firebase Authentication to create your game account. We receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo link. Firebase Authentication runs in Google's data centres in the United States.
Your game progress is saved in Google Cloud Firestore so it can be restored on another device. It is stored in the European Union (Belgium and the Netherlands). This includes:
- completed levels, stars and best results;
- coins, gems, captain level and team upgrades;
- the kits, balls and stone sets you own and use;
- your daily streak, Daily Challenge and training results;
- settings and your display name;
- the purchases you have made (see section 5).
We never receive your Google password. Only you can access your saved progress. You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.
3. The age screen
When you first open the game, it asks for your year of birth. It uses this only to choose child-appropriate ads and to decide whether Google sign-in is offered. Your year of birth is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
4. Advertising
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob:
- a banner at the bottom of the menus;
- a full-screen ad between levels;
- optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward (for example an extra throw, a second chance or double coins).
The game never shows ads during play.
Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and how you interact with ads. It uses these to show, measure and (with your consent) personalise ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. If you are in a US state with a privacy law, you can opt out of personalised ads (see section 14). You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Privacy & ad choices. If you do not consent or choose to opt out, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
Players who tell the age screen they are under 13 only receive non-personalised, child-appropriate (G-rated) ads, and their ad requests are marked as directed at children.
More information: Google’s partner-site privacy information
5. Purchases
You can buy optional items through Google Play:
- No Ads Pass: a monthly subscription (€1.30 a month, or the local price shown in Google Play) that removes the banner and the ads between levels. It renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Optional reward ads stay available.
- Starter Pack and Mela Night Bundle: one-time packs of coins, gems and cosmetic items.
- Coin packs and gem packs.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your card or payment details. We receive only which item was bought, its order number and, for the No Ads Pass, whether it is active. We use this to deliver the item, restore it when you reinstall and, if you sign in, keep it with your cloud progress.
6. Coins, gems and other in-game items
Coins, gems, kits, balls, stone sets and upgrades can be earned by playing, and coins and gems can also be bought (section 5). In-game items have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
7. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out at any time (section 14).
- We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools beyond the Google services described above.
- The game does not send push notifications.
- The game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
- There is no chat and no way for players to contact each other.

9. Where your data is stored and international transfers
We are based in Ireland, and the game is available worldwide. Our service providers are Google companies (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) acting on our instructions under Google's data processing terms.
- Cloud saves (Cloud Firestore) are stored in the European Union, in Google data centres in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Sign-in (Firebase Authentication) runs only in Google data centres in the United States.
- Ads and purchases (Google AdMob, Google Play) are global services that may be processed in any country where Google operates data centres, including the United States.
- Guest progress and your year of birth stay on your device.
This means that your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, and those countries' data protection laws may differ from yours:
- If you live outside the EU, cloud saves made after you sign in are transferred to the EU, which has a high standard of data protection.
- When data from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to the United States, it is protected because Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK Extension) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in Google's data processing terms.
- For transfers from other countries, we rely on the same contractual protections and on Google's security measures, which apply wherever the data is processed.
All data is encrypted in transit. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
10. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
We process data on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: account, progress and purchase data, to provide the game you asked for.
- Consent: personalised advertising.
- Legitimate interests: non-personalised advertising, child-appropriate ads based on the age screen, security and fraud prevention.
11. How long we keep data
- Account, cloud progress and purchase records are kept until you delete your account.
- Guest progress and your year of birth stay on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Google's retention of advertising data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
12. Deleting your account and data
In the game, open Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud progress. You can also request deletion at https://www.infinitygaming.online/games/pittu-garam/delete-account or by emailing i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
Purchases belong to your Google Play account. Deleting your game account does not cancel or refund them:
- No Ads Pass: cancel it separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. While it is active, it is restored automatically if you install the game again.
- Coins and gems stored in a deleted account cannot be recovered.
13. Your rights (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
You have the right to:
- access, correct, delete or export your data;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- receive information about the safeguards for international transfers (section 9).
Contact us at i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie); in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
14. Your US privacy rights
This section applies to residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon).
Where your data is stored. If you sign in, your cloud save is stored in the European Union and your sign-in data in the United States (section 9).
Information we collect (in the last 12 months), using the categories in California law:
- Identifiers: Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo link (only if you sign in); device advertising ID and IP address.
- Internet or network activity: how you interact with ads.
- Approximate geolocation: derived from your IP address, for ads. We do not collect precise location.
- Commercial information: which in-game items you bought (No Ads Pass, Starter Pack, Mela Night Bundle, coin packs, gem packs).
- Game data: your progress and statistics.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws. We collect this information from you, your device and Google, for the purposes in sections 1 to 5. We disclose it only to our service providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play) for those purposes.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing Google AdMob to show personalised ads may be considered "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising".
To opt out:
- in the game, open Settings > Privacy & ad choices; or
- email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
You can also turn off ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your rights. You may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be treated differently for using these rights (the game works the same if you opt out, although ads may be less relevant).
How to make a request. Email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com, or use Settings > Account > Delete account in the game. We may need to confirm your identity, for example by asking you to write from the email linked to your game account. You may use an authorised agent. We respond within 45 days.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy appeal". We will respond within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
15. Players in other countries
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, or delete your account yourself in Settings > Account > Delete account;
- withdraw your consent to personalised ads (Settings > Privacy & ad choices).
Email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. We answer every request within 30 days, or sooner where your local law requires it. Local laws may give you further rights; we respect them. Examples include Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25), Australia (Privacy Act 1988), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023), Japan (APPI), South Korea (PIPA), Singapore (PDPA) and South Africa (POPIA). You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example Brazil's ANPD or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
16. Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Players who tell the age screen they are under 13:
- can play only as guests, so they cannot sign in and their progress stays on their device;
- only receive non-personalised, child-appropriate (G-rated) ads, and their ad requests are marked as directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are under the age at which you can agree to data processing yourself in your country (for example 16 in Ireland and several other EU countries), ask a parent or guardian before you sign in or agree to personalised ads.
Purchases made by a child without permission can be refunded through Google Play.
17. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
