This policy explains how the mobile game True Round: Perfect Circle ("the game") handles your information. The game is developed by Infinity Gaming and published by Iconix Solutions, Waterford, Ireland ("we", "us"). Contact: i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
The game is available worldwide. This policy applies wherever you live; sections 14 to 16 describe additional rights in particular regions.
1. Playing as a guest
You can play without an account. As a guest, your progress (levels, stars, scores, coins, hearts, Daily Circle results, Hand Report, pens, stamps and settings) is stored only on your device. We do not receive it.
2. Signing in with Google (optional)
If you choose "Continue with Google", we use Google Firebase Authentication to create your game account. We receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo link. Firebase Authentication runs in Google's data centres in the United States.
Your game progress is saved in Google Cloud Firestore so it can be restored on another device. It is stored in the European Union (Belgium and the Netherlands). This includes:
- completed levels, stars and best scores;
- coins, hearts, pens, stamps and settings;
- your Daily Circle streak and results;
- the purchases you have made (see section 4);
- your display name;
- the shapes of your most recent circles (used for the Hand Report coaching feature).
We never receive your Google password. Only you can access your saved progress. You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.
3. Advertising
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob:
- full-screen ads between levels and in Classic mode;
- optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward (for example refilling hearts or doubling coins).
Zen mode shows no ads.
Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and how you interact with ads. It uses these to show, measure and (with your consent) personalise ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. If you are in a US state with a privacy law, you can opt out of personalised ads (see section 15). You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Privacy & ad choices. If you do not consent or choose to opt out, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
More information: Google’s partner-site privacy information
4. Purchases
You can buy optional items through Google Play:
- Remove Ads: a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels. Optional reward ads stay available.
- All Levels Pass: one payment that opens every level for 4 months. It does not renew.
- Coin packs.
- Heart refills.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your card or payment details. We receive only which item was bought and its order number. We use this to deliver the item once, restore it when you reinstall and, if you sign in, keep it with your cloud progress.
5. Coins, hearts and other in-game items
Coins, hearts, pens, stamps and perks can be earned by playing, and coins and heart refills can also be bought (section 4). In-game items have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
6. Sharing your Daily Circle result
If you tap Share, the game opens your phone's share menu with a short text you can see before sending. The game does not send it anywhere itself, and we do not receive it.
7. Notifications
Play reminders. If you allow notifications, the game can remind you to play when you haven't opened it for 12 hours. The reminder is created on your device and no personal information is sent to us. You can turn it off in the game under Settings > "Remind me after 12 h away", or in your phone's settings.
News and events. We may send occasional messages about new levels and events using Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. To deliver them, Firebase assigns your installation a messaging token (a random identifier for the app on your device). We do not link this token to your game account and do not use it for advertising. You can turn these messages off in your phone's notification settings (True Round > "News and events").
8. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out at any time (section 15).
- We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools beyond the Google services described above.
- The game only sends the notifications described in section 7.
- The game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

10. Where your data is stored and international transfers
We are based in Ireland, and the game is available worldwide. Our service providers are Google companies (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) acting on our instructions under Google's data processing terms.
- Cloud saves (Cloud Firestore) are stored in the European Union, in Google data centres in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Sign-in (Firebase Authentication) runs only in Google data centres in the United States.
- Ads, news notifications and purchases (Google AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play) are global services that may be processed in any country where Google operates data centres, including the United States.
- Guest progress stays on your device.
This means that your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, and those countries' data protection laws may differ from yours:
- If you live outside the EU, cloud saves made after you sign in are transferred to the EU, which has a high standard of data protection.
- When data from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to the United States, it is protected because Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK Extension) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in Google's data processing terms.
- For transfers from other countries, we rely on the same contractual protections and on Google's security measures, which apply wherever the data is processed.
All data is encrypted in transit. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
11. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
We process data on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: account, progress and purchase data, to provide the game you asked for.
- Consent: personalised advertising.
- Legitimate interests: non-personalised advertising, news notifications, security and fraud prevention.
12. How long we keep data
- Account, cloud progress and purchase records are kept until you delete your account.
- Guest progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game, clear its data or use Settings > Reset all progress.
- Google's retention of advertising data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
13. Deleting your account and data
In the game, open Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud progress. You can also request deletion at https://www.infinitygaming.online/games/true-round/delete-account or by emailing i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com.
Purchases belong to your Google Play account and are not refunded or removed. Remove Ads is restored automatically if you install the game again. An active All Levels Pass and coins stored in a deleted account cannot be recovered.
14. Your rights (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
You have the right to:
- access, correct, delete or export your data;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- receive information about the safeguards for international transfers (section 10).
Contact us at i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie); in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
15. Your US privacy rights
This section applies to residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon).
Where your data is stored. If you sign in, your cloud save is stored in the European Union and your sign-in data in the United States (section 10).
Information we collect (in the last 12 months), using the categories in California law:
- Identifiers: Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo link (only if you sign in); device advertising ID, Firebase messaging token and IP address.
- Internet or network activity: how you interact with ads.
- Approximate geolocation: derived from your IP address, for ads. We do not collect precise location.
- Commercial information: which in-game items you bought (Remove Ads, All Levels Pass, coin packs, heart refills).
- Game data: your progress and statistics.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws. We collect this information from you, your device and Google, for the purposes in sections 1 to 7. We disclose it only to our service providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play) for those purposes.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing Google AdMob to show personalised ads may be considered "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising".
To opt out:
- in the game, open Settings > Privacy & ad choices; or
- email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
You can also turn off ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your rights. You may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be treated differently for using these rights (the game works the same if you opt out, although ads may be less relevant).
How to make a request. Email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com, or use Settings > Account > Delete account in the game. We may need to confirm your identity, for example by asking you to write from the email linked to your game account. You may use an authorised agent. We respond within 45 days.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy appeal". We will respond within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
16. Players in other countries
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, or delete your account yourself in Settings > Account > Delete account;
- withdraw your consent to personalised ads (Settings > Privacy & ad choices).
Email i.a2zsolutions@gmail.com. We answer every request within 30 days, or sooner where your local law requires it. Local laws may give you further rights; we respect them. Examples include Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25), Australia (Privacy Act 1988), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023), Japan (APPI), South Korea (PIPA), Singapore (PDPA) and South Africa (POPIA). You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example Brazil's ANPD or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
17. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are under the age at which you can agree to data processing yourself in your country (for example 16 in Ireland and several other EU countries), ask a parent or guardian before you sign in or agree to personalised ads.
Purchases made by a child without permission can be refunded through Google Play.
18. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
